N0ZTRADAM'IAN Prescription 42: THE FINAL THROWBACK EVER - Razihel rounds out the series

"One For All, All For One" - Razihel & Virtual Riot {Dubstep}

OK and now for the last ever talk about tunes for throwback posts lets talk:

First up we have Toothless Hawkins (And His Robot Jazz Band) (quite a mouthful) by Varien and Razihel. Its got an old timey feel to it mixed in with a glitchy dubstep exterior. I have to love the vocal samples and the fun melodies that cut through the bass. Its definitely an interesting tune, if not odd.

Moving on to Castlevania for which Razihel collaborated with Wap and Alvino. Using some great melodies and superb beat they create a very unique buildup and an amazing drop/breakdown. It even gives some hardstyle beats for those who like that kinda stuff.

Next is an aery, euphoric, glitchy dubstep track titled Homesick featuring Dave Revan. I like the vocals, love the glitchy melodies and nod my head to the drops that come from almost nowhere in this song. Razihel has a unique style of glitch hop like melodies that I really enjoy, but he also has a huge range genre wise.

Continuing on we have a remix of a heavy metal track called NZT48 by I See Stars remixed by Razihel (of course). You can easily get a sense of the metal through the vocals but I love how Razihel uses those awesome vocals to build an exquisite electro house track out of. I remember this being played a lot by myself a year ago.

Our final tune today is One For All, All For One by Razihel and Virtual Riot. I love the chip tune melodies and glitchy overall feel, plus one can't discount the crazy drop that goes beyond your normal dubstep drop. I love the way they incorporate the glitchy melody throughout the entire tune, it really pulls this song together.

And with that we end this series, hopefully you enjoyed a look into the past and found some interesting music along the way. As for the rest of this blog, new music posts will come up every Monday and Friday as usual but the other days may soon see some new content appear. We'll see this Thursday, I may go over my favorite tracks from this series in one post (hmm). But other than that see you in two days.

N0ZTRA out, listen well.
